Hvalfjörður, Brynjudalur, Sandvatn

Hvalfjörður is situated in the west of Iceland between Mosfellsbær and Akranes. The fjord is approximately 30 km long and 5 km wide. The name Hvalfjörður is derived from the large number of whales which could be found and caught there. (Wikipedia)

From almost 400 photos in a couple of days, to just over a hundred, here is a selection of 18 photos. Clear sky full of stars, but no Northern Lights to be seen that night.
